Overall Trade Review
I entered this trade after seeing the strong momentum on the upside of BYND on the open. I knew there was news regarding a new product which was the catalyst for the strong move on open. I was looking for the consolidation to happen and play the continuation. The only problem with the entry was the fact the stock was already up 4 bars. Other than that it had strong momentum, gap up, consolidation followed by rising volume.
Grade: B+
Reason for the Failure of the trade: Market had a strong reversal. I am not sure why but it reversed trend for the rest of the day.
